Lauren Bush is a young woman who strives to better the world by creating a women’s line that is beautiful and sustainable. After fashion design courses at Parsons Design School in New York City and Central St. Martin's School of Art & Design in London, she interned at Zac Posen's design studio. In 2003, a dress that Lauren designed for the CFDA awards was selected for the Goddess Costume Exhibit at the MET. In 2005, Lauren became an Honorary Spokesperson for the UN World Food Programme, traveling around the world to visit its operations. And in 2006, Lauren conceptualized FEED Projects by designing an eco-friendly, burlap bag with proceeds going to feed hungry children in schools. It is this combination of fashion and philanthropy that has always been Lauren's passion.
